THE Skills Operators (OPCO) These are the 11 state-approved organizations that finance apprenticeships and vocational training. Each company is affiliated with an OPCO (Skills Operator) based on its industry sector.
The OPCOs primarily support the companies with fewer than 50 employees in defining their training needs and financing their skills development plans.

How does it work?
1. Identify your OPCO
Each company is affiliated with a specific OPCO (Skills Operator) according to its collective agreement. Don't know which one you're affiliated with? Find your OPCO on the France Compétences website.
2. Contact us
Together we define the training tailored to your needs and we provide you with the detailed program and quote required for your file.
3. Submit your application
Submit your application to your OPCO within the deadlines set by your OPCO, before the start of the trainingThe file includes the quote, the program and the training agreement.
4. Train yourself
Once approval is granted, your training will be fully or partially funded by your OPCO. Upon completion of the training, we will send you the necessary supporting documents for payment.
The 11 OPCOs in France
There is no universal reimbursement rate. Each OPCO sets its own ceilings according to professional sectors and training priorities.
