iA Conferences
AI and human intelligence at work
AI can prepare a response, explore avenues, or reformulate a document. The team retains responsibility for the context, the choices, and the final result. This conference proposes to discuss this division of responsibilities using concrete examples.
Four main questions structure the conference
1. How does it work?
Understanding thegenerative AI before using it.
2. The realm of possibilities
What AI can do for you, by profession.
3. Human vs. AI
Where does the real difference lie, and where is your added value?
4. How do I talk to him/her?
The eloRezo method for communicating with AI.
How it works - understand before you use
No unnecessary technical jargon: just what you need to understand to use AI wisely.
The realm of possibilities - what AI changes in your profession
Algorithms have long been used in many professions, often without us even realizing it. What's different with today's generative AI is that it understands your language without programming, it's proactive in suggesting solutions, and it draws on a very broad knowledge base. As a result, everyone becomes, at their own level, a manager of one or more AI systems.
Search and analyze
In-depth multi-source research, analysis of documents, images or situations.
Correct and summarize
Processing emails, summarizing a report or a long document, proofreading a file.
Create
Texts, visuals, communication materials, based on its own data.
Educate and train
To welcome, brief, and train in a few minutes on a specific topic.
Automate and "co-work"
Delegating repetitive tasks to a agent iA to focus on what's essential.
The specific examples per profession presented in the session are adapted to the sector of the public to whom the conference is given.
Human vs. AI - where is your added value?
Being a good AI manager means: setting the framework (choosing the right AI, defining the objective), guiding (giving clear instructions, monitoring results), taking ownership (verifying output, signing off on responsibility), and fostering growth (correcting errors, transforming acquired knowledge into a sustainable resource). A false but well-formulated answer can fool anyone-making verification non-negotiable.
The conference then presents three possible stances towards AI – the doomer, the pragmatist, and the transhumanist – illustrated by current events and positions taken by recognized figures in the field. Matthieu Valin presents his own position and invites everyone to find their "thinking heart": that part of their profession that cannot be delegated – making decisions beyond the numbers, deciding in uncertainty, taking responsibility, feeling, and imagining.

How to talk to him/her - putting it into practice
The conference introduces the eloRezo method of the three modes of dialogue with AI, and explains what the word "agent" really covers through a simple metaphor: a well-built AI project works like a Michelin-starred kitchen, with its instructions, its ingredients (your documents), its recipes (the Skills) and its memory.
Directive
A specific request, a quick response.
Participatory
A dialogue that fosters creativity.
Productive
A collaborative, step-by-step process, for a tailor-made result.
For whom
What the public remembers
Format
An interactive session, designed to encourage audience participation from the very first minutes. The duration is adaptable depending on the chosen format – short conference, full morning session, or executive committee presentation (exact duration to be confirmed based on the requested format). Held in person, with examples tailored to the sector and the audience's level of expertise.
Who is hosting the conference?
"What interests me is not talking about AI in general. It's answering the question that the person in front of me is actually asking."
- Matthieu Valin, founder of eloRezo. AI trainer and speaker.
