AI Training · Managing AI
Learning to manage your AI on a daily basis
A vague request often produces a difficult-to-use response. This training teaches you how to define a task, provide the right context, specify an expected result, and control what the AI proposes.
Let's discuss your project.
Most of the blockages that we&The challenges we face in the workplace aren't technical; they stem from a misconception about what AI can do. And right after that, the classic pitfall is abandonment: you try it once, you're disappointed, you put the tool back. This training addresses both.
The program below is the standard template. It adjusts to the actual level of the participants and adapts to the tool already used in the company (Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral, Copilot or Gemini).
What a trained team does differently
She stops believing that AI generates perfect answers, and also stops believing that it systematically makes mistakes, then she sets up real routines instead of using it on a case-by-case basis.
Identifying a hallucination - an answer that sounds right but is wrong -&and reformulating a request that does not give satisfaction: these are the two most profitable reflexes of training.
Without this step, two profiles coexist: those who never touch it out of mistrust, and those who copy and paste without proofreading. Both pose a problem.
Our program
Six modules, from awareness to everyday use.
Understanding what AI really is
How does a language model like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini work, without jargon? What does "generative" actually mean?
Limits and confidentiality
Hallucinations, biases, data frozen in time. What you should never put in a consumer tool (customer data, HR, trade secrets) and the difference between a free account and a professional account.
Building your routines
What tasks should be assigned to AI each day, at what time, and with which tool? A method for identifying your own recurring use cases.
Formulate a request correctly
Structure instructions to obtain a usable answer the first time: context, expected format, constraints. Reformulate when the result is not satisfactory.
Check and respect the limits
A review method adapted to the level of stakes. What we never fully delegate to AI: final decision, sensitive client relationship, business judgment.
