Copilot is deployed in 90% of businesses because it's linked to your Microsoft environment. But have you gone beyond simply using Copilot for search?

The Copilot training from eloRezo will help you explore the full potential of this generative AI: the deployment of ChatGPT or Claude on Microsoft 365. Because Copilot is not an AI in itself - it uses one of these two AIs to function.

We deploy Copilot in depth - setting up agents, optimizing Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams - through individualized training for each participant.

What difference does it have? Copilot compared to other AI systems?

Copilot has one key strength: its integration into a digital environment you've always known and loved. You directly manage your data in Outlook, Teams, and your Microsoft cloud.

Need to compare models? See also our ChatGPT Training.

After the training, you will know how to deploy agents: an agent that synthesizes documents present on your computer, or that automates some of your tasks.

Our program

Five modules, from the fundamentals to deployment by profession.

Module 1

The basics

Understanding the fundamentals of generative AI and prompting. Even though AI can prompt for you, you still need to know how to give clear instructions. The key is knowing how to manage AI.

Module 2

Security and compliance

We discover how the Microsoft 365 environment is secured, and when to monitor shadow AI: the deployment of frameworkless AI in the enterprise.

Governance, GDPR and AI Act →
Module 3

Deploy Copilot agents

The word agent is a portmanteau term. In Copilot, deploying agents means configuring an assistant, a Skill, a notepad, and making them communicate.

Module 4

Automate with Copilot

Copilot offers multiple automation possibilities: its Cowork module (July 2026) to act on your Microsoft environment, then, depending on the objectives, Copilot Studio and Power Automate.

Module 5

Frequently asked questions

How is Copilot different from ChatGPT and Claude?

There is no difference in terms of model compared to ChatGPT and Claude, as Copilot integrates both. When you use Copilot, you are using one of these two AIs. The difference lies in the application of the tools, primarily the assistant and notepads. Copilot takes the best features of both AIs and integrates them securely into the enterprise.

Does Copilot have access to all of the company's data?

No, Copilot only has access to the scope you provide. Depending on your cloud environment, Copilot analyzes the data you supply. A Copilot user cannot access the data of another employee within the company.

Do I need a specific license to use Copilot?

Yes. There are several license levels. To get the most out of eloRezo training, we recommend you check out the Copilot Business version, which is available in Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Why aren't the employees using Copilot even though they have the license?

Too often, users rely on ChatGPT or Claude for personal use and assume Copilot is inferior due to past experience. AI is constantly evolving: since July 2026, Copilot has integrated the latest versions of ChatGPT and Claude, making it perform just as well as the other two.

How long does the eloRezo Copilot training course last?

Between 1 and 3 days, depending on the objectives set at the start of the project with your eloRezo advisor.

Is the Copilot training course from eloRezo eligible for funding by my OPCO?

Yes, absolutely. eloRezo is Qualiopi certified. Therefore, it is possible to apply for funding through your OPCO.

Does eloRezo provide training on tools other than Copilot?

Yes. eloRezo offers training on all generative AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral, and Gemini. The choice of tool will be determined at the end of your consultation with the eloRezo advisor.

Who leads the eloRezo training sessions?

An iA Copilot expert, who is proficient in the Microsoft environment and your business scope, to better define the assistants to be implemented.
