Some simple and operational tips:
- Ask yourself first what social networks you should use. Depending on their profile and age, for example, some candidates will only be on LinkedIn. And others will only use Facebook or Instagram. The social networks you are going to use are those on which you are interested. This may seem obvious, but the companies that exploit the wrong social networks are legion, and therefore they do not get any results...
- Then think about what you're going to have to say, that is to say, your strategy Content. What exactly do you need to talk about, what topics, to attract the attention of these candidates? And then this content, what form will it take? Articles? Videos? And what videos exactly?
- And then, most importantly, expand your audience, i.e. all the contacts you will be able to touch directly and indirectly with your content. Reason quantity (a critical mass must be reached that will boost your visibility) but also quality; which ecosystems are most likely to contain your targets?
