How to identify the right audience for effective recruitment 🧐

Last update:

Having a network that promotes recruitment, It's really a matter of hearing.

You have to work on two levers:

  • Quantity An audience that must be as important as possible is a must to develop your visibility, your reputation.
  • Quality A hearing that must be as focused as possible

Are the contacts you have connected on LinkedIn in the right ecosystems or not?

And we're not just talking here. of direct ecosystems - those in which your target candidates are directly present - but we are also talking about indirect ecosystems, those on the periphery of your targets.

An example of a direct ecosystem: students from the same school.

An example of an indirect ecosystem: the teachers of this school.

So, what are you doing concretely to develop these contacts? And how much are you at? Good recruiters have an average of 5000 contacts on their LinkedIn profile, and you?

The routine to have on LinkedIn

I can hear you from here. 😀 , "I don't see how I can achieve this goal of 5000 contacts?"

The answer is simple: work daily.

Some indicators to achieve your goals:

  • Conversion rate of contacts "in accepted" with APPROACH MESSAGE: between 30 and 60%
  • Number of requests sent per day: 100 for a premium, 50 for a free account,
  • Number of searches per day: unlimited in premium, limited in free

With these 3 actions you have to arrive at 1000 contacts per month paying and 500 in free.

Tools that exist on LinkedIn

There are automation tools to do these routines, CAUTION these tools are NOT allowed by LinkedIn and you risk after a LinkedIn warning to have your account deleted, I said delete!

It is therefore advisable to do so manually.

You can do it by a third party, that's what we do every day for our customers and it works perfectly.

What about Facebook and Insta?

For these platforms, it is much more difficult to capture audience. Indeed, their business model goes in the opposite direction. I explain to myself, to sell Facebook advertising and Insta do everything to make it difficult for you to capture audiences. So If you want to be visible, it'll have to pay.

And once the Blue Card is inserted, you will have access to a powerful tool that can find ultra-precision targets.

Yours in networking 😉
