Social networks It's mostly a matter of content, i.e. a question of speaking.

This question of content can be an obstacle, you will necessarily ask yourself what you will be able to publish, and how you will publish it.

And we don't publish the same on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter...

Anyway, it's not easy! 🤨

Some first tips so you can still move forward quickly and concretely:

  • Are you asking that they are your targets? 👏 Make one or more emphatic cards to define what your targets see, hear, think and say. What are the problems and needs they need to solve?
  • Which platforms do they use? 🙄 LinkedIn may not be the only solution, for example for young applicants or in specific sectors (Agriculture, Catering...) the preferred platforms are Facebook and Instagram.
  • Background of the content: Ask yourself what your targets are looking for as information? From What information do they need to make progress? Because they're not just waiting for job announcements 😏 . They wish to: - Inquire on topics transversal to your offers - Reflect on their needs - Review your sector of activity. - And finally... see your ads
  • What is your employer brand? that is to say that want to transmit you as reassuring and different positioning and evidence who are accompanying them.
  • Also take stock of your own internal resources Who within your teams would be able to produce content. And the content of what type - What? Article, video, motion design...?
  • Think of publishing, of course from the page, but on LinkedIn SUROUT do not snob profiles. They're the ones who do the job...
