AI training for HR and recruitment
The training focuses on tasks where AI can assist you: preparing for an interview, clarifying a job posting, or structuring internal information. The exercises incorporate data protection and human verification.
Let's discuss your project.
This training teaches how to use AI on common HR tasks by identifying the risks of bias and the controls to be put in place.
The most frequently asked question in HR training isn't technical. It's: "Am I allowed to use AI to screen applications?" We answer this question precisely, not based on a generic precautionary principle.
What a trained HR team does differently
It uses AI for an initial screening of CVs based on objective criteria, but maintains a systematic human review before any decision to reject an application.
Writing a job offer that does not discourage certain profiles with gendered or overly demanding vocabulary - AI can help to identify these formulations, but you still have to know how to look for them.
Without training, the risk goes both ways: an automation of CV sorting that reproduces existing biases, or a total rejection of the tool that deprives the HR team of a real time saving on repetitive tasks.
